Poolia PRESENTATION We are looking for a Business Controller/Business Analyst to the Scandinavian sales and marketing organization. The Business Controller will have the main responsibility for marketing, operating expense and services control. In addition the position will work with a broad variety of controlling related tasks. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Responsibilities summary: - financial business planning and reporting - business analysis to support decision making in conducting business - scandinavia marketing control - scandinavia operating expenses control - scandinavia services control - continuous development and improvement of routines and processes - manage and ensure adherence to group operating procedures and processes including SOX - business specific support in reporting and accounting - business specific equity and liability management - coaching internally in financial issues and processes - back-up and assistance to Manager Business Controller Scandinavia and other team members of the Controlling team - other tasks. UTBILDNING/ERFARENHET We are looking for a self-propelled, solution oriented and easy-going individual with the ability to generate new ideas. The following profile is desirable: - bachelor of Science in Business Administration - at least three years experience in business control, business planning and reporting - experience in driving the controlling process independently - experience from work within a sales organization - experience in budget- and monthly closing processes is desirable. Your IT-skills are excellent and you are very well qualified in Excel. You are fluent in English. As a person you are committed, curious and interested in developing the role and yourself.
