The position
Support Head of Finance on Ad-Hoc finance tasks
Collaboration in sales, services, personnel and cost controlling
Support with the creation of the monthly reporting package including analysis and commenting of budget deviations
Creation of deviation analyses including the development of countermeasures and decision-making bases
Support of the business partners as well as the sales and service team
Participation in the implementation of the operational corporate planning, the objectives of the sales teams as well as the creation and analysis of forecasts
Support of the monthly preparation of the financial statements including active management of international cost allocation
Analysis of company processes, as well as active participation in their design and revision
Support and planning of the annual financial budget process
Actively support the services business in project controlling through the PSA system



Requirements
Completed business studies with a focus on controlling, finance and accounting or a comparable degree
At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling / or previous equivalent work within the finance department in a IT business with a strong sales and/or services focus
Very good knowledge in dealing with BI report structures, ERP systems (preferably Navision) and business intelligence as well as confident use of the MS Office package, especially Excel and Power Point
Good analytical and judgment skills as well as an understanding of complex business processes
Proactive, independent and structured way of working, a self-confident demeanor and enjoyment of working in an international team
Fluent knowledge of English, both spoken and written


Employment will be by SoftwareOne Sweden AB, and placed in the office at Färögatan 33, Kista. You will be part of the Nordic Finance team who supports the business in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.
