Nordic Event Production Manager

We are looking for a great colleague to join our team as

Nordic Event Production Manager, located in Stockholm

As a Production Manager, your main task is to support our clients and partners participating to our high quality invitation-only events. You will take care of all practical arrangements related to event organizing according to our concept. This means taking care of the venue, being responsible person on site, making sure our clients and partners are receiving a high quality service and value from the event. In addition you are coordinating the work of interns and event employees working at the events.

Your main focus is on the events arranged in Sweden, but you will be supporting and helping the events organized in Norway and Denmark as needed.

We are looking for a colleague:

- With a genuine "can-do" attitude and superb customer service skills on the phone and face-to-face
- Who is not afraid to step in when help is needed, having the ability to see the bigger picture as well as the smaller details at all times
- Approximately 1-3 years relevant work experience, such as sales and customer service
- Previous experience working in a B2B-field is a good advantage
- Excellent coordinating, multitasking and IT skills (Microsoft Office), ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English and fluent/native level language skills in at least one of the following: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian
