Nordic Facilities Designate

Manpower Professional Executive are looking for:
A Nordic Facilities Designate to

-Lead and inspire the Facilities teams to achieve its strategic objectives
-Lead a step change improvement in Facilities HSSE performance
-Drive the standardization of terminal processes in alignment with global guidelines
-Shape and deliver the strategy for terminals in the Nordics
-Optimise the cost and resources required to operate the assets in line with objectives
-Together with Business Development, explore alternative operating models
-Deliver robust terminal services to the markets, meeting agreed stakeholder performance criteria for all managed assets
-Ensure that terminals are staffed, trained, competent and equipped to respond to all incidents
Essential requirements:
-Great leadership competencies, including interpersonal, networking, influencing and negotiation skills.
-Well developed HSSE management skills combined with technical knowledge together with product handling and control
-Experience with budget management and distribution planning & exchanges would be beneficial.
-Knowledge of Ship-to-Shore operations as well as experience with depot operations and asset management.
-A degree in technical sciences, engineering, HSSE or Facilities discipline.
-Some experience in the shipping or oil & gas industry
-Longer relevant experience may compensate for less formal education

-Focused on succeeding through delivering results trough others
-Ready to travel both inside and outside of the Nordic countries
-Fluent in English and a native speaker of one of the Nordic languages
-Based in any of the four Nordic countries.
