Nordic Finance Manager

Today, Tyco Thermal Controls is a global company providing optimal solutions for various applications involving heat tracing, floor heating, snow melting & de- icing, temperature measurement, wiring, and leak detection systems.With operations in 48 countries and experience in managing projects around the globe, Tyco Thermal Controls is the ideal partner for companies worldwide.Currently, we manufacture and distribute products and provide services under brand names such as Raychem®, Pyrotenax, Pyrotenax-JiuliT, DigiTrace®, TracerT, Isopad, T2T, TraceTek® and WinterGard®.We are now looking to recruit a Nordic Finance Manager, based at the Nordic HQ I Gothenburg.The Nordic operation has a turnover of ca SEK 300 Mil.The person will take an active part in the local Management team. Responsibility: .Responsibility for all financial accounting, administration, HR, reporting and planning activities of the companies..Provide general business advice to management and support on key projects and programs..Develop and report on key metrics (such as price and gross margin trends) and financial performance at the business unit meetings..Develop monthly / quarterly forecast and annual plans as well as review and understand all financial entries affecting the national companies..Maintain a satisfactory internal control system and ensuring compliance with company policies..Support the local project and services group operation..Assist in the efficient management of all assets.Active participation in establishing and reviewing credit terms and arranging financing that accommodates the business objectives and safeguards the corporation's assets..The position may also involve direct contact and customer visits to maintain and develop business opportunities, arrange financing, and ensure timely payment of account balances.Profile: .Educated to a university degree in Finance and Accounting with 4 to 7 years' relevant experience in accounting, followed by a business orientated role in an international environment .Well-developed and proven accounting and finance skills .Experience with multinational companies and is preferable .Strong business acumen; familiar with a sales culture and be able to fully support the sales team .Possess initiative, drive and the ability to handle change .Fluent in English and Swedish Would you like to be a part of a Global organization?
