Main Purpose of the Role: To provide HR advice and support to Managers and employees across the Nordic Countries (Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland).Key Duties and Responsibilities: Recruitment and Selection (Permanent and FTC Recruitment)Induction Policies and Procedures Employee Relations Performance Management Compensation and Benefits Training Peoplesoft/ Data Integrity Leavers Other Responsibilities *Provide information for Annual HR Budget plan submission and review/control HR budget on quarterly basis *Involvement in other HR projects and corporate HR directives as required.*Providing cover to other areas of SENSA if required.*Other HR Advisory services as required Special Considerations: Regular travel required to all Nordic Countries (on weekly/fortnightly basis).Skills and Experience: Strong experience operating as an HR Generalist, providing employee and manager support and advice in all aspects of HR, including compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, policy and procedure, recruitment, training and development, budgeting etc.Practical experience and knowledge of Nordic Labour Law and its requirements.Experience in working as part of a wider HR team for multinational or international organisations.Experience in motivating and managing support staff, such as HR Administrator/Coordinator (advantage).Written and spoken fluency in English (essential) and at least one Nordic language (advantage).Computer literate, experience in working with online HR systems and tools such as peoplesoft.Excellent skills in Microsoft suite of products.Behaviours/Competencies: Ability to relate to all levels of staff and to build strong and influential relationships with management and senior management High level of attention to detail Able to prioritize and independently manage high workloads Highly organised and motivated Ability to work with multiple/tight deadlines and under pressure Flexible and able to adapt to a changing work environment
