You have gained a solid experience as HR Business Partner or in similar roles, you have experience of developing/implementing initiatives in the field of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion - and now you wish to apply it in Greenpeace Nordic, supporting that we drive positive change in the organization and in the world.
The location could be any of the Nordic capitals - with a slight preference on Helsinki / Oslo.

You will join a diverse HR team consisting of an HR & Payroll Administrator, one other Nordic HRBP and a Nordic ED&I Coordinator/ Task force lead - all based in the Stockholm office. The Nordic HR Director is based in Copenhagen.
As a team we support line managers and employees across the 4 Nordic countries. The Nordic HR team is responsible for driving leadership development, a sustainable work environment, encouraging diversity and inclusion and embedding our organizational culture/ values. We continue to drive digitalization of HR processes, GDPR compliance, HR operational excellence and a strong employee value proposition. 
The job consists of two roles:
As Nordic HR Business Partner you provide daily HR-related consultation and support to line managers and employees and work with HR process and project development/ implementation.
As ED&I Officer you work on initiatives, projects and tasks that aim at strengthening equity and inclusion in Greenpeace Nordic, as well as reaching set diversity targets for the organisation. The role includes Line Management of the Nordic ED&I Coordinator and Task Force Lead.
Tasks will for example be:
●       Collaborate with the Nordic HR Director in developing and implementing HR-related processes and activities that support the people strategy
●       Provide daily HR-related consultation and assistance to Nordic line managers and employees, and qualified HR support to Nordic line managers
●       Establish positive relationships, promoting and communicating the role of HR and HR practices, to integrate and align HR with the rest of the organization
●       Manage employee life cycle events in all Nordic countries, e.g. new hires and exits
●       Run and/or participate in HR Related projects either regionally or as part of a global team
●       Cooperate with staff/union- and safety representatives , and prepare and carry out negotiations
●       Develop and implement initiatives in line with the Annual Nordic ED&I plan
●       Manage the established structure & allocated resources (staff & budget) for supporting ongoing ED&I work in the Nordic region
●       Support SMT on, and track ED&I implementation and report back to Greenpeace International / Senior Management Team/ Board
●       Participate as member in Nordic ED&I Task Force 

Qualifications:
A relevant Masters degree
A minimum of five years of relevant HR-related work
Experience of working with ED&I
Experience from working in a Nordic or multisite location environment
Good understanding of HR processes, HR Information Systems and software tools
Knowledge of Nordic labour law and experience of union negotiations
Fluency in written and spoken English and one Nordic language
