Main responsibilities To actively support the business in defining, implementing and maintaining appropriate internal controls and financial procedures for Nordic, in compliance with company policies, statutory requirements and Sarbanes Oxley legislation, To assess areas of significant risk exposure, to make recommendations to management on procedures to address such exposure and to ensure implementation of all agreed actions, To provide counsel on internal control in areas of new initiatives, such as new systems implementations, restructurings etc Qualifications You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration within Finance, Accounting or Controlling. You have a minimum of two - four years of relevant work experience, preferably within areas such as - internal controls, ideally in an international environment, - auditing, public accounting or internal audit, - Sarbanes Oxley Act 404 (SOX) compliance, - business change process, process optimization or system implementation You have an analytic orientation and the ability to manage complexity. You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with different areas and levels of the organization.You have high level of integrity and drive for results.Fluency in Swedish and English is essential, and some travel is required within Nordic.
