Main responsibilities To actively support the business in defining, implementing and maintaining appropriate internal controls and financial procedures, in compliance with company policies, statutory requirements and Sarbanes Oxley legislation, To assess areas of significant risk exposure, to make recommendations to management on procedures to address such exposure and to ensure implementation of all agreed actions, To provide counsel on internal control in areas of new initiatives, such as new systems implementations, restructurings etc Qualifications You hold a Master's degree in Business Administration within Finance, Accounting or Controlling.
