As the Nordic Partner Sales Manager you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the partner strategy, as well as the development of sales across the entire business area.

You will develop, implement, and execute a partner sales strategy - with the aim to achieve sales targets in an profitable and customer preferred way, and expand our customer base with both new customers and new services (in B2C segment).

Furthermore - the Nordic Partner Sales Manager shall also build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and tailor our sales activities towards them.

You will represent the partner area in business development and other cross function projects. In addition, be responsible for setting, tracking, and presenting sales targets, revenues and forecasts.



You must have:

A bachelor or a higher degree in economics/ business administration/ finance/marketing.

Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a sales or marketing manager/business developer.

5 years of experience from the B2C market.

3 years of experience from analyzing and reporting data.

3 years of experience as a project lead.

Professional proficiency in English and another Nordic language.





What will you do:

Develop a Nordic partner sales area according to strategy

Ensure profitability and growth in all partner sales operations

Ensure visuality on main KPI’s connected with internal priorities and external markets/trends

Drive Nordic partner development supported by local organizations and resources
