Your mission Responsible for quality, risk management processes and procedures required to assess and report on service delivery issues.Driving the adoption of Lawson standard implementation methodology and providing guidance and mentorship for project management.Specific areas include Design, develop, and launch quality and risk management processes to be utilized by the Lawson professional services organization.To proactively identify and manage service delivery risks and measure customer satisfaction related to Lawson professional services. Tracking service quality, risk and customer satisfaction, ensure visibility to quality management issues and develop resolutions as appropriate. Rollout Project Excellence Academy throughout the Nordics region Grow industry knowledge within the Nordics PM team Collaborate with Practice Leaders and HR to implement global skills assessments for Project managers Conduct quality, risk and customer satisfaction audits on a periodic basis for services engagements above certain size, scope, and complexity. Conduct formal training to user community regarding quality audit practices and procedures. Provide support and development services to the Project Management. QA of LPS new business bids Early identification of risk projects Coordinate management of escalated risk projects Maintenance of Project Manager Portal (COI, Community of Interest) Proactive engagement with the field Your competence Bachelor Degree in a business related field and/or equivalent work experience Project management experience with certification as a PMP from PMI achieved within 18 months of hiring into the role.If not PMI certified a PMI certification will be required within 6 months of appointment.Good communicator, proven ability to effectively work with key client project team members along with setting appropriate project expectations 3 years software application project management experience 6 years ERP project experience Prior experience working with, and or coordinating the efforts of multiple parties (e.g.third parties or clients) on large scale software implementation projects Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organization skills Good understanding of how project office will contribute to customer success and Lawson Services profitability It is preferred that you have Previous PMO experience Knowledge of Lawson Software applications Previous software vendor experience Business consulting experience Expert in MS project and Estimate to complete/value earned techniques We look forward to hearing from you!
