Nordic Risk and Financial Analyst

Main purpose of the role

Role is part of Nordic Financial Control team and supports work done in areas of risk management and financial accounting.

Main Accountabilities:

- Managing access to control reports/tools and training of the users.
- Monitor control reports to identify exceptions.
- Communication towards stakeholders to ensure exceptions are identified/verified
- Support root cause analyzing and building possible remediation plans.
- Communication with central risk functions regarding open/new remediation plans and any other business.
- Together with Stakeholders work on remediating the exceptions.
- Support other daily accounting and financial control work as a member of team covering Nordic countries

Education and Experience:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in business-related field.
- 2-3 year work experience in business-related field (e.g. audit, accounting, financial analysis, information systems).
- Must be able to work independently
- Experience from globally outsourced/shared services and working in an international company

Knowledge and Abilities:

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High personal work standards.
- Good presentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of internal control system and risk management.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
