Nordic Supply Planner, Full time

Academic Work is on behalf of clients seeking a promotional supply planner.Our client is one of the divisions within a world leading pharmaceutical company and is active worldwide.The company is in the forefront of research, development and manufacture of medicines and is behind many famous brands in the pharmaceutical industry. Tasks; The organisation has an opening for a temporary Nordic Supply Planner to provide a comprehensive supply service to ensure Costumer Orders are delivered on time and in full and inventory targets achieved. Key responsibilities; - Creation and maintenance of accurate replenishment proposals for endorsement and processing by regional supply chain.- Proactively manage any supply issues such that business impact is avoided or minimized.- Coordinate any change management activities with due to regard for supply continuity, production lead-times and minimum write-offs.- Follow up on shipment orders to ensure timely supply - Work on service level agreements with regional supply chain, supply points and inbound transportation providers - Maintain all relevant supplier/item master data in ERP and supply planning systems Requirements; - 2-3 years planning or inventory experience - Logistics or Supply Chain qualification - Strong Excel and Data Analysis skills - Experience of BPCS/SAP and supply chain business processes - Fluent in English both oral and written - Understanding of packaging and design activities - Strong interpersonal and communication skills ERP and inventory management systems experience is required and you need to have exceptional skills in Excel.You are a strong team player with good analytical and numerical skills.You are well organized with ability to work under pressure and enjoy working in a challenging environment and being part of a team. The role may require travel within Sweden, the Nordic region and occasionally Europe.
