Do you have previous experience in controlling and contract logistics? Do you want to work for our international client in Borås? Then this is the role for you!

About the role
We are now looking for an experienced and diligent controller to manage the financial operations of our client in Sweden. Our client operates at two sites in Sweden, a multi-user entity Borås and a single customer site in Brunna, Stockholm and the controller will have overall responsibility for actual P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, risk and cash management. The person will be working alongside the Accounting Director to achieve our clients financial priorities in the Nordics. The position is based on site in Borås with expected travel when necessary to Stockholm area.

The Controller will work also directly with site management as part of the leadership team and business partner with the Contract Logistics head in the Nordics. This role will be in a fast-moving organisation that will likely grow significantly in the near future. The role calls for a driven individual looking to take a more senior role in the company with greater responsibility.

Key responsibilities:
• Production and ownership of customer P&L reporting in local and consolidated financial systems.
• Generation of financial reports periodically ensuring their accuracy and relevance.
• Analysis of KPI and other volumetrics to create value for management.
• Ensure the accuracy of the company´s financial results and reports at local and consolidated level.
• High degree of involvement in month end closing process.
• Produce the annual budget and forecasts.
• Account for any budget/forecast variances and report/explain significant discrepancies to management.
• Support and help maintain an adequate system of financial controls created to mitigate risk.
• Produce and help present monthly business reviews.
• Work with external auditors as needed alongside Accounting Director.

The start date for this role is as soon as possible, preferably in August.

About you
For this role we see that you have:
• Previous experience in Contract Logistics is a necessity.
• Minimum 2+ years of controller experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills required.

Further, we see that you have good verbal and written communication skills as well as an ability to communicate clearly in both Swedish and English.
