Elan Nordics are currently the most successful branch in the group and are now looking for a Nordics Financial Controller.You will be based in Stockholm under a Swedish employment contract.You are mobile to travel to the 12 other branches in the Nordics when required.The role will require clear and precise management expertise and strong technical expertise in order to ensure the timely and accurate provision of financial information to the company's financial controller.You will need to provide a robust and strong process to control environment across the Nordics.A key focus to success will be in developing a best practice centre of excellence approach to financial and management accounting.The role would suit an individual who is committed to driving through excellent performance, meeting tight deadlines and inspiring a small team of accountants.You must have at least six years post qualification experience with a strong academic background.You will need to have experience of working in a key position within a finance team.We are looking for the right candidate hands on detailed and supportive management approach to the financial and management accounting team.It is important you have excellent analytical, logical and detailed approach to work and resolution of issues.Excellent organisational, planning and project management abilities are required.
