Embark on Sharkmobs journey in the game development world and reinforce our Office Team! You will be part of a team that today consists of one Office Manager and one Office Administrator. In this role you will primarily do receptionist/office work in combination to help with some HR-related tasks. For this position, daily office task will be greeting visitors, arrange meetings and conferences, scheduling trips and hotels and assist with office related projects. HR tasks will include assist HR in scheduling interviews and help with the relocation and onboarding process for new employees.

This role is perfect for someone with strong social skills that wants to develop and expand their knowledge within Office Management.



Your skills and experience:

- Super service minded is a requirement
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Previous working experience in a similar role
- Experience working with HR tasks will be seen as a merit
- Bachelor’s Degree in Service Management or equivalent
- Strong communicator, both in verbally and in written word.


Bonus:

- Interested in videogames and popular culture
