About the role
Obsido Family Office Sweden is looking for an office administrator to help and support their growing business. In this role you´ll be part of a fun, caring and highly motivated team centrally located in Stockholm. You´ll support the director and client manager, as well as the clients directly, with the ongoing client services.

Areas of responsibility:
Your primary areas of responsibility (but not limited to the below) will be;

Assist with client documentation in the CRM system. Arrange and prepare documentation, data, and presentations for customer meetings.
You will support with currency trading, bill payments, as well as responding directly to the clients on various questions.

In the role you´ll be responsible for the preparation of fiscal declarations for the clients and since the clients are located abroad you will, besides gathering the information needed, also act as coordinating part between the accountants, the clients and the banks cross the globe- primarily in the U.S. and Canada.

Requirements

We also believe you are a structured and reliable person who does not lose sight of details and does not leave any outstanding questions or errands unsolved. You need to be a self-starter with a “can do” attitude and have a proactive approach in your way of working.

We also believe you need to have competences and skills in the below areas to be able to perform your best:

• Experience from banking industry or accounting alternative a background from law will be plus but is not required
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Full working proficiency in English
• Prior CRM knowledge.

Attitude and personality will be the major key to success in this role.
