Om kunden:

Bravura is, on behalf of a client, seeking an Office Administrator. Our client is a European organization with focus on innovation, business development and education in sustainable energy. It was founded in 2010 and is an association of leading European companies in the industry, research and education. Today they have six offices in Europe.

Arbetsuppgifter:

The Office Administrator will play a key role in the day to day operations. As Office Administrator your job assignments will include organizing and managing office operations, procedures and document handling, keeping record of management and miscellaneous meetings as well as assisting the CEO and other employees with practicalities regarding bookings and administration. You will also act as host/hostess for national and international visitors and support the CFO with financial administration such as invoices and timesheets. As Office Administrator you will have the chance to be involved in everything that happens in the office and have many contact areas, both national and international.

Profil:

Experience: Minimum three years of work experience, preferably from a customer oriented business operation.
Experience from assisting management operations and basic financial/accounting understanding.
Language and systems: Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office

To you prioritizing is key and you posses excellent coordination skills.

Övrig information:

Period: August 2015 - August 2016. For the suitable candidate a permanent position is a possibility.
