We are looking for an Interim Office Coordinator and Recruiting support to cover a maternity leave. The interim role is from April 2021 to February 2022. This role reports to Pierce Chief People Officer.

As Office Coordinator you will be responsible for all office day to day activities, support and responsibilities. In the Recruiting part of this role, you will provide support to hiring managers and management of recruiting tool for Sweden.

Responsibilities

- Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands ensuring office supplies inventory
- Support the execution of company events
- Support hiring managers in the process
- Keep up dated the recruiting tool and follow up on candidates as needed
- Organize office operations and procedures managing as well relationship with vendors, providers and landlord ensuring payments on time
- Responsible for implementing health & safety office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
- Correct management of office budget
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data as well a safe and secure working environment
- Implement office policies and procedures
- Being an active player in shaping Pierce’s culture
- Provide general support to all visitors



- College or University degree or equivalent.
- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience (at least 1 year)
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Verbal and written fluency in English and a good level of Swedish
