We are now looking for a service-minded Office Coordinator to handle our day-to-day operations in our Gothenburg office. In this role you will play a key part in ensuring a great office experience and a thriving work environment culture - ultimately supporting us in our goal of making Kognic the best place to work!

Your role

As an Office Coordinator we believe that you help us shape our workplace and make sure that everything runs smoothly around the office. You will be in charge of everything connected to the office, such as welcoming visitors and newly hired employees, receiving deliveries, and making sure the office looks nice and friendly.

There is also an administrative part of the role where you answer phone calls and emails addressed to the company, negotiate new agreements with different service providers and handle bookings and ad-hoc coordination tasks. You are also a superuser in our office connected systems such as the access app we use to enter the office and make sure we keep our security high when it comes to registering external visitors in the office. You give input to the office budget and then adjust your work based on it.

We also want you to take a lead in planning our bigger company wide events that we have 4 times a year and support in internal events such as our ‘K-talks’ and company breakfasts. But most importantly you make sure all our Kognicians feel welcomed at the office and that the office fills the needs of the team.

The position requires you to be on site at our Gothenburg office located in Lindholmen. We also believe you can handle various ad-hoc tasks since we are a rapidly changing company and it is hard to predict what can be around the next corner.

What you bring along:

- Experience of working in a service profession

- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English

- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite

- Drivers license

We also consider it a plus if you:

- Have experience from a similar position

- Previously have planned or coordinated events

- Previously have worked in an English speaking company and/or in a tech startup or scale up
