Embark on Sharkmobs journey in the game development world and reinforce our Office Team! You will be part of a team that today consists of one Office Manager and one Office administrator. In this role you will primarily do receptionist work in combination with a lot of HR-Administration. For this position, daily office task will be greeting visitors, arrange meetings and conferences, scheduling trips and hotels and assist with office related projects. HR tasks will include creating job ads, managing the candidate pipeline, scheduling interviews, creating contracts and other HR-admin.

This role is perfect for someone with strong social skills that wants to develop and expand their knowledge towards HR or Office Management.



Your skills and experience:

- Super service minded is a requirement
- Fluent in Swedish
- Previous working experience in a similar role or within HR
- Experience working with HR tasks will be seen as a merit
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Service Management or equivalent
- Strong communicator, both in verbally and in written word.


Bonus:

- Experience in managing candidate pipeline
- Interested in videogames and popular culture
