R/GA Stockholm
R/GA Stockholm is a growing office and exciting place to be. At present it is filled with Creatives, Producers and Technologists who work across multiple clients. We are also in the process of setting up an office in Gothenburg which will need some support remotely from Stockholm.

Your role at R/GA
You will be an organized, efficient and strong team player who cares about creating a working environment that is appropriate and at the same time a fun place to work. You will enjoy putting in place processes to make things work as best they can, along with showing creativity at times. You will be honest, straight-forward and a hard worker who enjoys making things better for everyone.

The Job
As this is a new hire you will be completing multiple tasks and responsible for the smooth running of the office from an Office Management and HR perspective. You will quickly become an integral member of the team and enjoy a varied support role. Day-to-day you will be expected to:

- Put Office Management and HR processes in place and then administer them (such as travel, expenses, suppliers)
- Be responsible for office supplies and ensuring our office surroundings are in top condition
- Help produce the Facilities website for the Bucharest office
- Update administrative systems
- Arrange all staff events
- Complete payroll, benefits, new starter and leaver processes
- Producer contracts and keep HR systems up to date
- Support the Managing Director with the review process
- Arrange training and work with R/GA U (our internal learning programme) to help with staff development, with the support of the European HR Director
- Be the first point of contact for employee relation issues with the support of the European HR Director
Pre-Requisites:
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Customer centric and reliable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken

Qualifications:
Minimum two years experience in office management preferably in small office. Experience with HR administration is a bonus.
