What's in it for you?
You will ensure that we quickly and efficiently solve the users’ IT-related problems on-site at the Volvo Cars Stockholm office. You will be part of a highly motivated global team, Corporate Service Experience.

What you’ll do
As Office Onsite Support you will support Volvo Cars in Stockholm. The team delivers on-site and remote support, providing users assistance with both software and hardware issues.  Office Onsite support is a service-minded solution-oriented support group with the users as their highest priority. The team works alongside several other support groups, including the global service desk, Network, and Config center.Alongside technical support, the team also staffs a walk-in desk. providing face-to-face 1st line troubleshooting and IT support. Windows 7 and 10 operating systems. troubleshoot and hardware support on HP, Dell, and Mac workstations. full Office suite. provide onsite support for a number of Volvo Cars Applications. basic network troubleshooting, patching, and server maintenance.  You will contribute to service improvements and process optimization.

Who you are
We are looking for a colleague who has completed Upper secondary school (High school) and has at least two years of experience from IT Service Desk as on-site support.  We see you possess good knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, different OS deployment solutions, Mac setup, and OS. You have basic network skills, and knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP. We notice you have experience with Cisco switches and incident Reporting in ITSM tools. You have interest in IT and technology, are very good at troubleshooting, and organize your network and work, and are used to working on your own. Additionally, you have good Swedish and English written and spoken skills and a Swedish driver’s license B.

As a person, you are a good communicator, even in stressful situations, and are outspoken and outgoing. We see that you are a solution-, and service-oriented, team player, self-motivated, positive, innovative, engaged, and focused on a time-sensitive situation person.  We see you enjoy working with supporting activities and like delivering high service, usually with a little extra. You are interested in building a work environment based on trust. and can navigate confidently in a multicultural environment. 

It’s desirable if you have any of the following competencies: Active Directory (create accounts, and basic GPO knowledge), client OS (with Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Windows Embedded), last Mac iOS (standard setup and Windows capability), server OS (Windows Server systems, and OpenVMS systems), ITIL (processes) and the automotive industry or industrial equipment.
