Online Business Developer, Nordics

DUTIES: Responsibilities:

.Expand Vistaprint's existing partner portfolio to drive pay for performance campaigns
.Renegotiate partner contracts based on campaign performance
.Targeted media segment identification and new customer acquisition based on direction from media planner
.Proactively create full year partner plan to recognize and close forecasted revenue gaps
.Ensure adherence to partner contract best practices
.Evangelize negotiation best practices across teams
.Meet and exceed revenue and profit targets on a quarterly basis

PROFIL OF EMPLOYEE:
Education, Experience and Qualifications:

.2-5 years relevant work experience as media buyer or related field
.Excellent negotiation skills
.Excellent communication and presentation skills
.University degree in Marketing, e-commerce or related field is preferred
.Solid knowledge and understanding of the Nordic online and associated marketing channels
.Solid understanding of marketing principles
.Direct response marketing experience
.Data driven and results oriented
.Proactive with a positive "can do" attitude
