You will collaborate closely with our clients, surfacing insights and initiatives that will pave the way for ground-braking future strategies that will create wow moments for us, our clients and the consumer.As a true Paid Social wizard, you will be the force that helps us maintain our delivery of a world-class service by staying on top of the latest in Paid Social trends and optimization techniques.


3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, with expertise in Meta and TikTok; experience with Snapchat is a plus.
Proven track record in e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on performance optimization and driving growth.
Experience working across both international and Nordic markets, with a deep understanding of regional trends and consumer behavior.
Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills to effectively educate, present data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A growth-oriented mindset, continuously seeking new opportunities, strategies, and innovations to enhance campaign performance.
