Operating Technichan / Drifttekniker

NSI Building automation is looking for a Building Engineer/Operating Technichan (Drifttekniker in Swedish) to help our customers with complex buildings to retain and maintain the technology. You will be replacing a previous employee temporarily and need to be able to start work immediately!
Worktasks,
- Basic technical building management
- PLC Programing
- Programming and Parameterization of KNX Building control
- ICE Resurfacing at customer sites
- Service and Maintenance of Zamboni including blade replacement.
- Experience in operating excavators and other machines used in and around buildings.
- Translation of Manuals and instructions from English to French and Spanish

The offered work is available from 20210901 and is a temporary employment valid until June 1st 2022. It could thus render in a permanent job after this period.

Mandatory Requirements for work experience are:
- At least 5 years of operating a Zambonis on a weekly basis
- At Least 3 Years of experience od working with PLC based systems
- At Least 5 years of experience of working in technical building maintenance
- At Laest 3 years of experience using front loaders or excavators.
- At least 3 years experience as a Technical Writer or similar work tasks
- English needs to be your native tongue or knowledge equal.
Mandatory Experience for education:
- A University degree (4years) in technology is required.

Important to note that we require you to do test and meet management to be able to get this job. Work interviews and tests ate to be conducted in Stockholm Sweden. Only few will be asked to attend. Selections will be made carefully before anyone is asked to do any traveling.
Swedish is not mandatory since our customers are fine with English, but in this case English needs to be you native tounge.
The temporary job opening is on parttime at 50%
