Our client is a fundraising company that assists charity organisations with the recruitment of satisfied and long termed members and charity holders. This company is expanding their operations in Sweden and is looking for an Operations Manager to the Stockholm office based in Vasastan. New Position - Operational Manager As Sales Team Leader you ensure that the sales processes in the programme are designed, developed and executed in accordance to the overall strategy. This will happen in close collaboration with the Head Operation Manager, to whom you report, and the other functional Sales Coaches. You manage the team resources and the related budget, and will set the priorities for your team, participate in the detailed planning definition, and apply this to the team's tasks. You participate in the execution of activities together with your team, and coach and motivate them. The job includes both telephone fundraising and donor recruitment. Pre requisites: . Five to ten years experience in Direct Sales and Project Management. . You are a Peoples Manager who are a true Teamleader as well as a Teamplayer. . Successful track record at creating sales reports and financial reporting. . Experience in interpreting and communicating sales results to all levels of the organisation. . Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff and customers. . Fluent in English as well as in Swedish. . Deep understanding and knowledge of labor and recruitment. . Organized and focused on targets and eager to deliver them. . Experience in both telephone in sales and outdoor event sales
