Job Description:
In the position of Operations Supervisor, you will supervise a team of 7Drivers at the station in Västerås. You will support to maintain and improve operational efficiency, cost & service levels, with damages kept to a minimum.
Key responsibilities:
· Ensure team motivation.
· Ensure employees are treated consistently and fairly.
· Ensure safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices are adhered to during the shift.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in managing a shift and a team in a busy logistic processing environment is desirable.
Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail.
