We are hiring and are looking for a new team member to our Technical Support team. Do you have a technical interest and experience from quotation and purchasing? Are you structured and service-minded with great communication skills? If that’s the case - this might be the right opportunity for you!
As Operational technical buyer you are an important part of our technical support team by helping our Operating Units around the globe with quote price and delivery time for the FlexLink non standard assortment (RFQ assortment). You fulfill the orders by purchasing special items, manage it through ERP system (SAP) and make sure the Operating Units receive the items according to the order. You will be based in our HQ in Gothenburg.
Main activities and responsibilities
Quote variants of standard (released) products and modules.
Fulfill orders
Contacts with suppliers, operating units and third party logistic partners
Carry out and manage purchases
Handle spare part requests from the operating units
Contribute to and support the further development of current or new processes within the RFQ business



Who are you?
To be successful in your new role we think you need to have a technical interest. A couple of years’ experience from purchasing, working with cost calculations and an understanding for technical drawings is also important for you to feel that you are in the right place. As a person you have a passion for problem solving, you are service minded with good communication and networking skills. You are thorough and systematic and take initiatives to develop your area of responsibility. If you have SAP experience it will be meritorious.


Other skills we are looking for:
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
SAP
Aras (PDM system)
Microsoft Office especially Excel
Ticketing system for case handling
High school diploma related to engineering/industrial economics or corresponding working experience
