Operations Coordinator Malmö

TIER Mobility provides electric scooters that can be rented to travel the last mile in cities. With this new form of mobility TIER introduces an independent, fun and conscious way of urban commuting. Our goal is to fight the current status quo of polluted cities, smog and ineffective, inconvenient and overpriced transportation modes together with our users and local communities!
We´re now looking for a Operations Coordinator in Malmö Region to support the Operations Manager.
These will be your responsibilities:
Warehouse management
Ranger training
Ranger shift management
Manage our scooter fleet and make sure our daily operations are running smoothly
Support the Operations Manager in making sure that the fleet is intact, active on the street, and core KPIs are hit (e.g. rides/scooter)
Support Operations Manager in handling our rangers

You´re offering these qualifications:
Structured, self-driven and good communicator
Work well as part of a team and by yourself
Interest in E-Mobility and the right mentality to change mobility for good
Hands-on and solution-driven
You have an EU driving license B
English skills, written and verbal
