Senior Operations Excellence Manager
Reporting to Johnson & Johnson / McNeil AB Site Lead, the Operations Excellence Senior Manager is a member of the Helsingborg Make Site Leadership Team.
Scope includes the JJPS program and continuous improvement programs; the site Project/Program Portfolio and the Master Batch Record Design.
Objectives Of The Position
Connect strongly with Site Leadership and Regional/Global Supply Chain community to understand business needs to improve specific areas with active participation and accountability
Represent Helsingborg Make Site within the Selfcare Value Chain
Collaborate actively in Self Care Portfolio Cluster to support improvement activities required by the Supply Chain Network
Lead the End To End Johnson & Johnson Production System programs and organization at Helsingborg in alignment with Site Vision and Supply Chain EMEA expectations to deliver business value towards Reliability, Agility, and Financial Competitiveness; while ensuring that all activities are completed according to applicable regulation, and J&J policies for EHS, Quality or other relevant Compliance requirements
Seek for continuous improvement initiatives to improve the total competitiveness of Helsingborg Site
Lead multi-functional teams in the achievement of project/program objectives through management of supply chain and manufacturing activities.
Develop project scope and objectives by establishing and tracking critical milestones, timelines and contingency plans.
Leading project team activities during project implementation.
Is Responsible to coordinate, support, track, and report the E2E Site Performance and define action plans where applicable
Collaborate with E2E Supply Chain personnel to ensure effective customer service from end-to-end.
Bring External Benchmark by facilitating exchange of best practices across the network (Regional & Global)
Participate and Lead initiatives linked to the Make Excellence Strategy implementation
Coach and support a direct team of JJPS Lead, Project Managers, and MBR Designer in achieving their objectives, as well as on their development plans



To be successful in this role you need to have a good understanding of the selfcare manufacturing processes, and all supporting processes to the operation. Equally important is to understand partners’ needs in this environment, including Customer, Transportation, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Quality, Compliance, and R&D teams.
We need a good communicator and enjoy developing engagement through multiple levels and functions of the organization. You are a phenomenal teammate and have outstanding collaboration skills.

Plan, prioritize and organize complex tasks in a matrix environment
Solve problems by applying structured and agile root cause problem solving tools and coach others to apply them
Develop direct reports with a clear roadmap to meet their aspirations and J&J pipeline


Qualifications
Master’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or related field
Lean / Six Sigma / Black Belt certification is desirable
At least 10-15 years of leadership experience in the Manufacturing/Supply Chain of FMCG or Pharmaceutical or related industry
Experience outside Manufacturing such as Supply Chain, Maintenance, Planning, Lean Manufacturing, Logistics, Project Management or Sourcing would be a plus
Outstanding ‘lean attitude’ and willingness/ability to learn fast
Experience in working with Continuous Improvement Systems like JJPS would be a plus
Fluent in English, other languages desirable
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and in particular Excel and PowerPoint
