The position
As Operations Manager you will have commercial and operational responsibility to manage the business and ensure the highest customer satisfaction in line with company priniples.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and coach a team of 6-10 people
- Develop and implement processes and routines
- Monitor, develop, improve and report KPI's internally and externally
- Educate, train and support existing and new staff
- Participate in sales and development activities

The candidate
The person applying for this job must have a minimum of 5 years of past experience from freight forwarding.

- Demonstrated management skills
- Confidence in making decisions and delegate properly
- Always have a pro-active approach in order to develop and improve process- and working routines
- Customer focused with emphasis on service
- Good understanding of KPI reporting and development
- Fluent, both written and spoken in English plus any other scandinavian language
- Good command of MS Office and generally good IT skills
