Operations Manager

ICEHOTEL AB, ICEBAR International are looking for an experienced OPERATIONS MANAGER We have now established ABSOLUT ICEBAR in Stockholm, Milano, London,Tokyo, Copehagen and Shanghai and more are to follow. The global expansion requires more focus on operations and efficiency and high quality. We are now looking for an experienced Operations manager with a technical focus and interest to strengthen our team. ICEBAR International, a business area within ICEHOTEL, is based in Stockholm and is driving the whole partnership chain and operation of all our ABSOLUT ICEBAR venues globally from establishment, product development, and communication to operations and support. Operations Manager . A doer who makes thing happen with high quality and in right time. . Main areas will be as follows - Operations - Plan, develop and execute contracts in assigned markets - Events- Plan, develop and execute events in assigned markets - Technical quality assurance and securing the supplier chain - Special projects . Reporting and follow-up . Quality assurance, such as processes, logistics and technical manuals. Background . 2 years experience in project management and operations . University degree in engineering or similar technical degree . Good verbal and written skills - you will do presentation and training sessions. . Fluently in Swedish and English . International business experience . The position is based in Stockholm and it will be around 50-100 travel days per year.
