Operations Manager to Facil in Gothenburg. Main responsibilities: - Take care of the day to day management of the branch - Realize the goals and objectives for the branch - Management of the branches equipment and investments - Coach of the QMS system in the branch - Human resources function - Reporting on all activities - Search for new local opportunities (new customers, logistic activities) - Continuous improvement - ISO 14001 awareness and act accordingly - ISO 16949 awareness and act accordingly (CAI matrix) Main authorities: - Take all decisions to ensure the continuous material flow supplier to the costomer - Evaluation of contractors and suppliers - Local representative of Facil - Staff evaluation - Expenses as described in the management book - Take all decisions to ensure the continuous material flow from supplier to the customer - Evaluation of contractors and suppliers Job Qualifications: - University or equal by experience - Management of a small plant - People manager, team player, logistic backgroud, stress resistant, flexible and motivated - Branch knowledge from automotive - Fluent in Swedish and English
