Do the North AB is a small business that specialises in providing full-service, self-guided kayaking expeditions in Sankt Anna, Sweden. As the business is currently expanding, we have a need for an Operations Manager with GIS expertise who can manage the logistics of customer expeditions, grow the business through online marketing, and maintain our spatial data to produce custom maps for navigating the archipelago. This is a full-time role, with a focus that shifts with the season: hands-on trip organising in May-October then marketing, business development, and planning for the rest of the year.

Key requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken English (most customers are from the UK).
- Drivers licence and experience driving customers in a van with a large trailer.
- Experience in planning, organising, and managing the logistics of commercial expeditions.
- A university degree relevant to cartography (eg. Geographic Information Systems).
- At least 5 years experience in map-making and spatial data management.
- Experience in fibreglass repairs using gelcoat.
- Experience in online marketing and written customer communications (in English).
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and media contacts (in English).
- Knowledge of the Swedish archipelagos and kayaking experience.

Applications must be made in English including a current CV accompanied by a cover letter that demonstrates how the applicant meets the key requirements for the role.
