Operations Manager - Stockholm

The merchandising department at Retail24 is now strengthening its team and we hope that it is you that we are looking for! With us, you will represent a premium market leading consumer electronic brand. We at Retail24 have many exciting assignments both within merchandising, demo, sampling, and events. The work is a fulltime position working closely with the customer and be present in our office in Kista.

Its meritorious if you have 3+ years of experience in staffing operations and/or worked as a project manager within retail operations.

WORK DUTIES

The OM is responsible for driving the operations of the merchandising team. Below is summary of key responsibilities:

-Management of in-stocks and replenishment process to meet the customers scope of agreement
-Escalating inventory supply restraints
-Escalating the customers merchandising and program guidelines discrepancies
-Reporting merchandising results on the program:

Average time spent per visit
Supply used by merchandisers per week by component (weekly in-stock reports of cleaning materials, cables, etc.)
Entry/exit surveys
Ad hoc survey questions provided by the customer

-Distribution and management of assets
-Escalation resource for technical issues
-Development of communication and instructional materials for remerchandising

The Operational Manager is responsible for ensuring that the merchandising standards are being upheld with every visit by managing the communication, infrastructure, and operations of the program.
