OPERATORS FOR MAINTENANCE

In light of upcoming new establishment in Mexico, Haldex Traction AB is in the process of extending the scope of its organization.We seek skilled, dynamic and dedicated co-workers who would like to be a part of the start up of a new Haldex Traction System organization in Guanajuato, Mexico.

The position as Operator for Maintenance is designed to be the local accountable in Guanajuato.Its main responsibility is to lead and coordinate the Plant to maintain commonality and link the specification and requirements originating from Haldex Traction AB s production process.

Responsibilities of the position include:

.Learning the product (Limited Slip Coupling) and assembly line
.Repairing mechanical and electromechanical components if productive and non-productive equipment and machinery by making, repairing, adapting and/or adjusting parts and components as required.

Desired qualifications, skills and training:

.Engineering Degree or equivalent background and experience
.Good practical mechanical and electromechanical knowledge
.Overall familiarity with the AWD-system
.Strong command of the Spanish language and basic command of the English language
.Ability to multitask under pressure and be solution-oriented

As assigned operator for Maintenance you will by way of introduction undergo an education in Sweden to learn the product and the new assembly line.You will be part of a group of people who are building the assembly line.With this you will gain competence and a general insight in the assembly and maintenance processes at Haldex Traction AB in Landskrona, Sweden.You will learn how to assemble and you will have a significant role in the move, implementation and start up of the assembly line in Guanajuato in the summer of 2007.

Accountability
The position reports to the Manager Assembly and Production Engineering.Functionally belongs to the Traction Mexico organization.
