Our culture provides the needs for a strong OPEX (Operating Expenditures) Controller to take on a role with a great deal of autonomy.The ideal candidate will be responsible for controlling the Swedish OPEX and part of the Nordic OPEX.The role will be in the headquarters in the Kista Office area and will report to the Senior Financial Accountant.Arbetsbeskrivning - Prepare financial reporting for OPEX (Operating Expenditures).- Manage annual and quarterly budgeting processes and ensure no surprises in forecasts, budget movements or actual variances - Implement financial processes to control OPEX with the company as it grows and in line with group policies - Perform cost reviews and implement changes to cost control were needed - Improve financial information provided to the business - Develop strong working relationships with operational and support function managers to help them develop their cost control - Support Senior staff with reviews and implement changes in the accounting systems to ensure that processes are continually improved Vem söker vi?- University degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent - 1-3 years of experience within a similar function.- Ability to work in an international and fast paced environment, at local and group level - Experience from reporting with tight deadlines, accuracy and attention to details - Driven, analytical and with a business-oriented mindset - Preferable IT literate - Basic cost accounting.- Develop competence in spreadsheet modelling and financial packages such as SAP Financials and HFM/Hyperion (Equity, Input, Reporting).- Is self-motivated and motivates others to achieve Please apply for the possition as soon as possible.[
