Are you a service-minded and outgoing person looking for new challenges in an international environment? Good! We're looking for you. The Order & Delivery Department in Helsingborg receives orders from ReadSoft subsidiaries all over the world. The software is shipped and invoices are created. You will have daily contact with the subsidiaries via email or telephone. Primary job responsibilities: *Handle incoming orders *Deliver the software to our subsidiaries *Invoicing and price calculations We believe you have a few years experience of working with similar tasks. The ReadSoft order process is unique, so you need to be a quick learner. Your English is fluent, in speech as well as in writing. It's important that you can work independently as well as cooperating with your colleagues. You also need to be service-minded, possess good computer skills, and be able to work efficiently during times of high work load. On a more personal level, we believe that you have a positive attitude and good communication skills. You are accurate in your work and like working with numbers. If you also speak Spanish, French or German, that is to your advantage, as well as having previous experience of work at a finance department. You will replace an expectant mother, and we are sure you will enjoy your time with ReadSoft - it's a friendly and stimulating place to work!
