Order Adminstratör

For our client we are looking for an Order Administrator.



About the position:

In this role you will be working in a specific team (planning, ordering and distribution) whose mission is to operationally secure that the product is being ordered and distributed to the dealers in an efficient way. You will play a key role where your main priority is to create vehicle orders based on incoming customer orders and everything needed to manage these orders in several digital systems (for example Salesforce). Moreover, you will be cooperating with the other parts of the organization and work with ad hoc cases where investigations needs to be done.



For our client we are looking for a person who:

Is operationally skilled in high pace environments

Can deal with and resolve incoming cases which includes managing multiple topics and stakeholders in different countries

Is working in a structured and meticulous way as there are large values affected by the decisions being made

Take accountability, both for your own direct area of responsibility and the success of the team

Customer focused

Good people / social skills and service minded which is needed as there are many stakeholders to manage

Can under uncertain times make qualified decision which can impact the bottom line

We believe that your background and skills include:

Experience from high paced operational work

Experienced in working in multiple digital systems over time

Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders

Fluent in English
