Order Desk Assistant

To strengthen Bromma's customer support we are now recruiting an Order Desk Assistant to our global Order Desk Function at the HQ in Akalla, Stockholm.In this role you will be assisting our Sales organization and Agents globally. As an Order Desk Assistant, your main tasks will be to handle customer orders from all over the world.This entails securing that the commercial and technical information is correct according to the customer contract.You will also handle order amendments and postponements, and follow up on production and deliveries. In addition, you will be involved in the production planning process together with the Production units in Malaysia and Poland. Qualifications For this role we are looking for a person with experience from order handling or sales.Previous experience from working in a global context and with customized equipment is a merit. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent in either business studies or engineering.We expect you to have good knowledge in Microsoft Office, and experience from working in other support systems, e.g.Order or accounting system, is a merit. As your work will include contact with customers and colleagues from all over the world good skills in spoken and written English is needed. As a person you must be service minded with good communicating skills.The role requires you to be thorough and attentive to details.We also wish for you to be able to take initiative and work independently as well as be confident with handling many issues at the same time.
