We are looking for an Order Fulfilment Representative who will be involved in the daily order management execution and shipping preparations for Packaging Equipment. The responsibility area is from call-off to suppliers until equipment is finalized in production and ready for shipment.
Besides the daily operations, you will be involved in continuous improvement activities aimed to optimize the existing processes and delivering an increased service level to the full organization and customer.
This is a permanent position, and you will be based in Lund.
What you will do
Ensure fulfilment of customer orders and contributing to balancing demand, capacity and inventory
Secure supply chain transparency and accuracy of information to customers
Operational responsibility for all system activities from trigger-off of Purchase Orders to suppliers until securing finalizing of the Production sequence
Perform order changes after trigger-off
Daily Management System: Visualize and follow-up ongoing projects from Trigger-off to Arrival at Point of Destination
Understand and analyze root cause on operational losses to provide business intelligence and enable correct prioritization of improvement activities
Promote WCM continuous improvement and zero defect mindset, leading by example and driving change management, in order to achieve a World Class organization
Perform data analysis and focus on process automation
Carry out the operations in compliance with:
a) all applicable laws and legal requirements and
b) Tetra Pak's Code of Business Conduct, Core Values, policies, procedures and guidelines and implement appropriate controls to secure early detection of any potential non-compliance

We believe you have
Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably within Supply chain or Procurement
A University degree in Management, Engineering or similar
Good knowledge of SAP / ECC. Specifically, knowledge in order planning/handling is preferred
Advanced skills in data management (database, data entry, data analysis) and process management
Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and Power BI
Genuine interest and skills in digital/software/databases
You have excellent English both spoken and written
As a person you have good, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. You are well-organized and accurate, with an excellent attention to detail. You are able to function independently as well as a part of a team. You are customer oriented, with a positive attitude. You have the capacity to make things happen in the organization by taking the initiative and drive them to completion.
