Our client is looking for a number of Order Handling specialists to strengthen their team in Helsinki, Finland. Terminal Order handling team handles all the terminal and e-commerce orders and order related questions from several channels (email, web-shop, signom form) and for the Nordic region. Nets are constantly improving current order handling processes and Lean ideology is widely used in their team. Nets are currently expanding their service offering locally in Finland and that is why they are now seeking new talents to help themselves to meet future demand for growth.

Your responsibilities include the following (but will not be limited to):

- Customer Service via email and telephone (callbacks)
- Contract handling in SAP (entering new orders & changing requests)
- Terminal configuration in complex IT environment (several platforms/systems) & different categories
- Continuous improvements to current processes
- Internal training to other team members

To be successful in this role you will have:

You should have a BSc degree or similar and proven experience working in demanding customer service roles. You are expected to have adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data. Understanding of merchant solutions products and services would be beneficial. You should have excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).

The required qualities of the candidate include also good communication skills in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish, both in written and in spoken language. You are team orientated, well organized and have strong attention to details. Ability to prioritise and working flexibly is needed to succeed in this position. Familiarity with Lean is an advantage for this role.

The position will be located in Helsinki, Finland, but both internal and external stakeholders are located around the Nordic countries. Therefore you should be fluent in Norwegian and English. Danish and/or Swedish language is seen as a benefit.
