Order Management Representative

Responsibilities/Tasks
" Execute order loading and backlog management in line with Service Level Agreement
" Work closely with internal customers to ensure issues are resolved quickly.
" Interact with internal and external contacts to meet and exceed customer's expectations.
" Take action to solve or escalate complaints, identify need for corrective/preventive action via complaint procedure and management.
" Take ownership and works pro-actively to solve order management related issues.
Receive order, Validate order, Book & clean order, handle returns, Stock rotation, Credits, Re-invoice, Unclean order flow, handle queries, Performa/order acknowledgment part of process, Unscheduled & Scheduled backlog, Invoicing, Change orders, Backlog re-price
Filing, Archiving, Perform 'special delivery/shipping instructions' , Direct customer facing via telephone/e-mail.
Requirements
" Knowledge of the EMEA business model and processes
" Ability to work as a team player, flexible and result driven
" In depth knowledge of order processing applications, processes, export regulations
" Excellent communication skills
" Commercial education, or equivalent combination of education and 1 or more years of experience in a similar or related environment, is a plus
" Highly organized
" Fluency in English, Swedish and Finnish
