Order Processing Specialist - Swedish

GENERAL SUMMARY To provide professional responsive and quality order services, to support and improve the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle for customers.The CDA/Complex Agent is responsible for entering and validating customer purchase order into the order system, starting from small kit orders into the very complex server & storage orders.The role will involve as well understanding the selected customer and its ordering process, direct active contact with the customer, query resolution and a high level of interaction with the Account Manager to gain in-depth understanding of the customer.Also includes active communication with Finance, Marketing, Customer Care.Job will be located in Bratislava, Slovakia PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Validation/checking of all customer run-rate orders (exc I/Net, Rollout & Enterprise) Identifying issues on PO ie price discrepancy, incomplete delivery address, EOL product ordered etc and liasing directly with the customer to clarify/resolve such queries Ensure all customer specific order requirements are adhered to Entry of order onto the Order Management system (Gedis) Maintenance of the customers Premier Page to include monthly updates, communication that update has been completed to customer, pricing updates etc.Maintenance of standard config quotes for customer on Gedis.Completion of sales order log (Excel spreadsheet) Spiff reporting on relevant orders.Maintain a low level of MWD issues, achieving and exceeding the MWD targets set Ensure that orders are processed effectively and efficiently To work very closely with the account manager to ensure knowledge of customer is klept up to date and maintained and that all customer idiosyncracies are covered.Attend required product knowledge and refresher training sessions Actively seeks out, analyse and implement solutions to problems affecting efficiency, productivity, quality or customer satisfaction BENEFITS - Dynamic international environment - Very good working-atmosphere - Attractive evaluation and bonuses REQUIREMENTS Required education Secondary with leaving examination Follow-up/Higher Professional Education University education (Bachelor's degree) University education (Master's degree) SKILLS Language skills: English - advanced Swedish - advanced Computer skills - user: Microsoft Excel - advanced Microsoft Outlook - advanced Personality pre-requisites, additional requirements
