Your mission
As Global Online Experience grows, we need to strengthen the Care by Volvo Finance Operations team with an Order to Cash Finance Delivery Expert. In our team, we are on top of the processes for all our financial transactions and supports delivery teams in complex, finance-related matters.

What you’ll do
The position includes resolving complex problems in the Order to Cash area, following up on backlogs, and to ensure the customer invoicing is correct and easy to understand in all our markets. You will drive finance operations improvement projects and support new market implementations within the Order to Cash processes. The role also entails for you to set requirements toward IT for development in the Order to Cash systems as well as performing testing/UAT and training for implemented processes.

You will also cooperate with the Commercial teams to ensure new initiatives, campaigns and discounts are implemented correctly, in a timely manner. The position requires for you to align with our global product owners as well as other stakeholders within the organization.

To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:
* Experience working in operational finance – preferably in an international business.
* Experience working with the order to cash processes. 
* Experience from working with designing and improving processes and/or change management.
* Practical experience in finance ERP systems, preferable S4Hana, and Miles.
* Fluent English.
* Higher education within finance.


As a person, you are user-focused and passionate about resolving problems. You are flexible, open to new ideas and always looking for ways to improve. It will be considered a merit if you have accounting competence since it will help you to be able to set requirements on IT development together with global product owners. But more importantly, we believe you are a natural team player with excellent communication- and relationship-building skills.
