Organisational Development Advisor The Organisational Development (OD) Adviser shall work with both Forum Syd's 10 partner organisations and Diakonia's 14 partner organisations in Cambodia.He/she will have a high ability to work independently as well as be part of the programme team within the Democracy and Human Rights Programme. Overall responsibility: - Advise partners in matters related to organisational development - Support partners in developing good procedures for their organisational development - Follow up partners action plans - Continue the ongoing Board Development programme for partners.- Advise and assist partner organisations in developing HIV/Aids policies, staff policies and internal documents for decision making.- Coordinate, monitor and follow up the internal organisational assessments programme that is facilitated by a Cambodian training institute (Octagon Workshops) - Provide opportunities for reflections, learning and networking through facilitating and/or organising workshops/trainings in OD - Develop good methods and practices in OD and share this with other colleagues at FS and Diakonia.Essential qualifications: - University degree, or equivalent experienced gained in other way, with focus on organisational development or personnel issues.- Practical experience of working with organisational development - Experience of organisational assessments.
