We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of an Organizational Development Consultant/Senior Agile Coach with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be part of a team of experienced, forward-thinking, and humorous leaders who will work together to create the best place to work in the Nordic tech market!
As an Organizational Development Consultant/Senior Agile Coach, you will work with executives and product leaders as part of a small team of coaches. Together, you will collect organisational signals, interpret them, and drive meaningful change and improvement in our organisational structure and processes.
You will also assist existing and new teams on their path to becoming high-performing and thriving. You will work closely with their Engineering Managers and Product Managers on this.
Our product development process is led by self-contained cross-functional teams.
The day-to-day work is overseen by a Product Manager, who is in charge of the backlog and focuses on product initiatives. There are also Engineering Managers within the organisation who manage and coach teams, drive personal and professional growth, and make our coworkers feel happy, appreciated, and listened to. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to improve our organisational structure and processes.
We use methods such as Product Discovery to ensure that we create products that our customers enjoy. We work with cutting-edge technology and believe in putting innovation at the heart of everything in order to create the best streaming product available.

Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
We believe you are an experienced change enthusiast in the technology industry for the position of Organizational Development Consultant/Senior Agile Coach.
You thrive on comprehending complex systems, designing and leading continuous improvement initiatives, and monitoring their progress.
You are comfortable challenging pre-existing mindsets and assisting others by asking powerful questions and providing constructive feedback, regardless of their title.

Successful candidates must also meet the following criteria:
Educating teams and other leaders on agile methodologies.
Pragmatic approach to agile process – adopts process to meet the needs of an organisation rather than dogmatically applying a methodology.
Years of experience introducing and coaching Agile ways of working in a multinational corporation.
Proven track record of leading change, even in the absence of a formal mandate
Individuals who are passionate about coaching
A proponent of Systems Thinking
Experience in the field of software development
Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to tailor your message to the audience
Extra requirements that will set you apart from the crowd:
