Would you like to be our OSS (Operation & Support Services) Nordic Regional Manager?We are looking for another person to join our IT centre in Halmstad.The job mainly consists of being in charge of the OST (OnSite Support Technician) team at the IT centres for Celsa Nordic, participating in IT and communications pro-jects, being responsible for IT infrastructures, the Nordic IT budget and working with preventative measures. The position will involve a lot of travel in Sweden and abroad.Applicants should have a minimum of a university education or similar, concentrat-ing on IT, and a minimum of three years experience of working with IT infrastructure projects and IT support. Technical skills that we would like you to have experience of include: .LAN, VLAN, WAN, MPLS, Internet access and firewalls .Video conferences, VoIP .Windows operative system and MS Office advanced .Telephone exchange systems and mobile telephony It would also be beneficial if you have experience of project management and knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
