MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plans and executes technical tasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area. Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes. Identifies and solves technical problems. Shares knowledge in own professional area. Support areas by participating in emergency 24/7 duty. Commissioning, integration and acceptance testing of the products and solutions. Monitor and maintain the system, install SW corrections and upgrades, install Technical Notes. Consulting the customer in technical questions for system configuration and maintenance issues. Participate in the emergency rota operation. On the job training for colleagues and customers. REQUIREMENTS: Key professional competencies for OSS products. Long experience in operator business understanding. Personality with high drive, initiative and energy to result in excellent performance. Good Oracle Database knowledge. Experience with Linux and HP-UX platforms. Strong IP background. Ability to manage demanding troubleshooting and problem analyzing situations. Understanding of virtual team and remote customer service challenges, requirements and rules. Customer Service Orientation. Strong customer relation skills.
